Voting Mechanics
1. I can't see the questions after I've voted?
That's a *feature* we are working on. But you can see the questions on the 'Tally' page.
2. What happens to my vote?
We compile the votes and show them on our 'Tally' page. Then we will send a Daily Hornet Bulletin to the officials. We publish those on our 'Bulletin' page. We'll also release the results to the press. And when have responses from officials we'll publish those on our 'Outcomes' page along with relevant legislation or governmental action.
3. When will voting on a question stop?
We will give at least one week's notice before we close the polls on a question.

1.Why do you need my real name?
We need your real name to make our service credible to officials. We WILL NOT PUBLISH your real name on our website. See our Privacy Policy for full disclosure.
2. What is my username for?
If you want to comment on the forums, we will display only your user name. You can protect your privacy by choosing a username different than your real name. And you can change your username at any time by going to the "Update My Information" form.
